Interlocut — Moderation Decision Log
The replies to this topic constitute the official and public chronological record of major forum-pertinent actions taken by the Interlocut staff team. It exists for the sake of transparency and decent courtesy.
Entries are authored solely by forum staff and reflect decisions made in accordance with Interlocut’s published Regulations, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy. Major decisions that may materially affect user experience will be logged here. Comparably minor actions (e.g., actions against spam, private warnings, automated actions) may be omitted.
Logged actions include, but are not limited to:
- Acceptance of new users under Interlocut’s manual vetting process.
- Silencing of users, with cause.
- Suspensions of users, with cause and duration.
- Major structural, policy, or stylistic changes that may affect user experience.
- Amendments to Interlocut’s Regulations, with rationale.
- Changes to the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy.
- Other exceptional or precedent-setting moderation decisions.
All decisions will be organized by either month or week in a reply to this topic. They will be chronologically ordered with dates, and if relevant and feasible, the time may be provided.
The log takes full effect on May 29, 2025. Actions made before this date may not be logged due to infeasibility.
